Gea Guest House by OYO Rooms

This felt more like a boarding house than a proper accommodation, and I wouldn't recommend it. After I'd paid, I arrived and was told there were no rooms left. They just left me there and asked me to cancel, even though the travel app wouldn't let me cancel. I asked for a refund, but was told they couldn't give one. I saw several other people wanting to check in get told the same thing: the rooms were full, and they weren't offered their money back.

I paid for a booking through Traveloka, but when I arrived the hotel said, "the rooms are full." I asked the owner what could be done so I could get my money back, but they had no solution. Refunds aren't part of the hotel's services, so my money was lost. The service was very poor. Definitely not recommended.

Think twice before staying here, especially if you book through the app 🥵. The service was bad, no one picked up the phone, and the AC kept switching on and off. The disco lights also went out.
