The location is very good, the bed was comfortable, the room was big, and the staff were really friendly. Breakfast was tasty, with typical Indonesian dishes. The pool behind the lobby is large and good for swimming, though the water looked pretty dirty, like river water. It closes at 5 pm, as does the gym. We paid the regular hotel price, which felt too high. With a special offer on a booking site, it could be a good choice. The hotel is old and due for the renovation planned soon. Our economy room had no window, and the lighting wasn't comfortable. There were mosquitoes, the bathroom smelled, the walls could use fresh paint, and the AC was pretty loud.

The location is handy and easy to find, near the Ampera Bridge. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room price was affordable. We stayed for one night, though some things could be improved: parts of the room weren't clean, the bed sheet had a small stain, the towels felt damp, and there was no hot shower while I was there.

We had already paid for a deluxe double room, but when we arrived they gave us a twin room. That was disappointing. For the price, the room felt like one in a hotel with no stars. This was my first and last stay here. I'd be better off staying at another hotel.

The room cleanliness needs attention, especially on the 3rd floor. The walls were stained all over. The linen and pillow were in such bad, dirty condition 🙏.
