Harapan Dua Homestay

I booked and paid by transfer through Traveloka for a room that was still listed as partnered with OYO. When I arrived, they said they no longer worked with either OYO or Traveloka, and told me I would have to pay cash to stay. The room they showed me had a broken AC and a TV that didn't work. If you plan to stay here, don't pay through the app. They should also improve the facilities and make their status with OYO and Traveloka clear so other guests don't run into this.

The room was clean, though it could use some fragrance, and the AC was cold. Hot and cold water worked well, but the flow was a little weak. The bathroom was somewhat unclean, and the toilet was still dirty. The TV only had local channels. There's a music area in the lobby, and you can order food at reception. Parking isn't very big, and the stairs to the upper floor are steep, so be careful if you're bringing pregnant women or children. Prices are standard for Palembang. Overall, it was okay.

Really awful. Don't book here if you don't want to regret it.
