Hayo Hotel Palembang

The corridors have railings and an open balcony-style layout, so you can see the scenery beside you on the way to your room. My room was nice, and the AC and water heater both worked perfectly. The bed, towels, and linens were very clean and smelled fresh. I had to check out early in the morning, so I missed breakfast. If I get the chance to stay here again, I’d book a room with breakfast 🥰.

Modern facilities and fast internet make this one of the best hotels in Palembang. Highly recommended 🤩🤩

Hi hayo cordela, I had a bad experience during my night in room 223. Without a parent noticing, my 8-year-old boy opened the window to play with soap bubbles and accidentally dropped his toy. He first got it back in the first-floor backyard, but then it suddenly sank into a smelly hole. When we asked the front officer what the hole was, they said it was a septic tank left open because it was under renovation. Management, please lock the second-floor windows or at least put up a “do not open” warning. When renovations happen anywhere, block access with a no trespassing sign or plenty of warning cones. Any hole, for any purpose or reason, should be treated as hazardous and kept closed. We hope this serves as a lesson that unpredictable events can happen, even with a well-managed hotel. Your uncomfortable guess.

I left something at the hotel after checking out, and the responsive, helpful admin found it and sent it to the airport for me. The room was clean and there’s a large parking area. Great service at an affordable price. Thank you!
