The doorman and security staff are friendly, helpful with packages in the lobby, and quick to respond when we ask for help. But when something in the unit breaks, the technician takes a long time to show up, even after I've told the management CS staff. This has happened more than once, with pipe and electrical problems, especially lights in the unit and corridor. Management needs to pay closer attention to its technicians. If you can't respond promptly to complaints, we'd be better off bringing someone in from outside. There's no point providing support if even small issues are hard to resolve.

The staff were unfriendly, and the manager was really rude. He looked disgusted with us because we'd only rented for one night. I hope someone treats you the same way someday, bro. I remember your face. I wouldn't recommend renting here.

The pool rules were the worst part. They said access had to be limited because they didn't want the place getting dirty during Christmas. If keeping it clean or worrying about dirt is the issue, then the USA shouldn't open the apartment until Christmas is over. Even sitting briefly on the sofa by the pool entrance and exit was treated as a problem. We weren't the only visitors who felt this way. My boss, who's stayed at plenty of hotels and apartments, regretted choosing this one. I've stayed in lots of hotels and apartments, but I've never encountered one with so many rules, including requiring a card at every entrance.

Don't come here. Anyone thinking of staying should reconsider instead of going up high. The staff are rude, and this Podomoro apartment has rules for everything, from needing a card at every entrance to restrictions on the swimming pool. Children and parents are limited in who can enter if they want to swim. It's not just us who had this experience. Many others have too.
