Breakfast came with the room, which was very clean and tidy. I loved staying here ❤️. The staff were really nice, easy to talk to, and so helpful.

The room was lovely, though I did notice a few spots on the sheets. We had to get the trolley ourselves to move our belongings, and the check-in staff weren't very welcoming or helpful. The restaurant food, including breakfast, was very nice, and the waiters were very attentive. Aside from that, the hotel was great. We'll come back when we're in Palembang again.

I’ve stayed here three times, and I’d book again. The room was lovely, and the AC and water heater both worked perfectly. The bed, towels, and linens were really clean and smelled fresh. If you get a room with windows, the view of Rajawali road at night is quite something. My favorite part was the food. Everything I tried was delicious, especially the fruit-flavored puddings. There were lots of choices, from rice dishes, nasi uduk, and kwetiau to toast, plus Palembang specialties like laksan and tekwan. It felt worth every penny ✨
