If you're traveling for sports, consider this place since it's very close to JSC. For a business or official trip, though, I'd avoid it. It won't support that kind of trip at all.

Wouldn't recommend it. The room and toilet were dirty, and the room smelled musty. The TV didn't work, the plug was broken, and the water smelled of chlorine and wasn't pleasant to use.

The location is strategic and the air conditioning is cold, but that was about all I could say in its favor. I booked the largest twin room and ended up with a small room and a double bed. There was barely room for one person to walk through, with no desk or wardrobe. It felt worse than an art room. The place seemed neglected, dusty, dirty, and rundown, with a musty smell. Mold covered the walls, and the room and toilet smelled sour enough to make me nauseous. The sheets and pillowcases smelled sour too. The owner was very rude and didn't seem to understand anything else. Laundry cost an outrageous amount, about three times the usual price. The whole stay was traumatic.

The room and bathroom were filthy as soon as I arrived. Then there was no electricity or water, and the laundry prices weren't clear. They said there was a shared kitchen, but you have to buy the gas yourself. Service here was unfriendly and rude from the start. I'll think twice before coming back.
