OYO 182 Nugraha Residence

There are plenty of cats around the hotel, and my room was roomy, fairly clean, with clean sheets and towels. The spring bed was decent too. I liked that the stay was cheap, though I wouldn't return. It's far from everything, the room felt shabby, the AC didn't cool the bed, and they seemed to make up their own rules. For someone with business nearby who just needs a place to stay for a while, though, the price may still be worth considering. The bathroom was reasonably clean, but its door was broken and hard to open or close. There was a hole in the sink, and the water pressure was quite strong. At night, the exhaust fan suddenly carried a strong cigarette smell, possibly from the next room. The table was broken, and the old TV had no remote. The AC had no remote either, and because it faced the door instead of the bed, it didn't cool the bed enough. Without a remote, I couldn't lower the temperature. Check-in itself was pretty easy, but they asked for more money, saying the app price was too low, even though that cheap price was exactly why I picked it. FYI, asking for extra money after you've already paid in the app isn't allowed. I didn't want a hassle, so I agreed. Luckily it was only 5,000 Rupiah, which they said would bring it to 100,000 Rupiah. I had actually paid 85,000 Rupiah through the app. Maybe the lady isn't great at math. 😌 A 50,000 Rupiah deposit was also required and refunded at check-out. At 10:30, someone knocked and asked whether we wanted to extend or check out. They said check-out was at 11:00, though the app clearly listed 12:00. Since it was cheap, I didn't argue. 🤣
