A clean, nice homestay.

I'm in room 10 for 1.5 million rupiah a month, and monthly car parking costs 150,000 rupiah. There's a shared kitchen where you can cook, and Mr. Budi helps with getting the car in and out. It's a boarding house now, and pretty decent. The house doesn't get swept often, but it's still better than other boarding houses around here. Ask Mr. Budi, the caretaker, about room availability at 081278382795.

The room is clean, though the area outside gets dirty quickly, maybe because other people wear sandals indoors. Please help keep it tidy for the guard. Mr. Budi is so friendly and quick to help. Anyone who likes this boarding house will know how rare it is to find a guard this kind.
