Pretty good.

The room and facilities were fine, but the female staff's attitude really bothered me. They seemed grumpy and unfriendly, and when handing back my deposit change, they even looked away. I've stayed dozens of times and haven't seen them smile. I don't feel comfortable saying hello or making conversation because of how they act. The female staff wearing hijabs need more training. I'm a tour guide, and I wouldn't recommend treating guests this way.

I booked four rooms because 168 Inn was full, and was moved to KOST 168 instead. The room I had smelled from the exhaust, and the AC was hot, so sleeping with the door open wasn't an option. The bathroom vent is outside the room and should be inside to deal with odors. Please check or repair the exhaust, since it may be clogged and letting septic tank smells spread. It was otherwise nice, clean, and pretty good. Parking is safe, and the road is wide rather than an alley, though customers usually look for places near the main road, especially when driving a motorbike. The app name also differs from the name on the hotel's location sign, which made it confusing and meant going a long way. If 168 Inn has no rooms left, perhaps its app listing could be updated. KOST 168 may need its own app registration since it's a different place. Thank you.

The room was neat and nice, but the service was the letdown. When we arrived, there were stains, and they blamed us for making them. That's it.
