Even at a cheap price, cleanliness should be maintained. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, the bathroom was dirty and had two big worms, and the pillows smelled moldy.

I paid a deposit after booking ahead, but when I got there, they had no room for me. They said someone else had already booked and paid in full. Really bad service.

I never ended up staying, and my money still hasn't been refunded. I booked through Traveloka, but when I arrived, the security guard and cleaning lady said my room had gone to someone who got there earlier, even though I'd booked first. The woman on duty had gone to the mall with her boyfriend, they said. They offered me a different room, a family room with an extra mattress on the floor. It was cramped and had no water. If there were a rating below zero, I'd give it that. Bad management, a waste of time and energy, and harmful to guests.

The location is remote, and the staff weren't friendly or helpful. The electricity in my room went out several times. There was no water heater or toothpaste and toothbrush, just one towel, and the place wasn't open 24 hours.
