The room was nice, the bed soft, and the service friendly enough. The location is quite strategic, but being on a one-way street means you have to go around, which is a bit inconvenient. Toothbrushes aren't provided, though at this price that's understandable. The place doesn't smell, but the hallways should be lit. I'd also suggest clearing out any unneeded items by the stairs on the first floor to make more space. I'd give it 8.3 out of 10, and recommend it to people looking for simple, affordable accommodation.

I was asleep alone when someone suddenly banged loudly on the door in the middle of the night. It turned out to be an inspection by the Public Order Agency. It frightened me enough that I checked out the following day.

Bro, I booked through tiket.com for Sunday the 10th, but somehow the booking ended up for the 11th instead. The hotel couldn't help me. They could at least have contacted the owner or tried something.

The only real hassle was getting a fourth-floor room and having to use the stairs, since there's no elevator. Otherwise it was a decent deal for backpackers or a short visit. The staff were very friendly, and the location was handy, across from Xaverius High School and near MDP University. I stayed three nights, July 26-28, 2022. The room smelled fresh and was clean, as was the bathroom. Hot water worked great for showers, towels were supplied, and the AC was nice and cold.
