I stayed for 9 days during the fasting month, and most of the employees weren't fasting. Receptionist Novi was friendly and not stuck-up, lol. The motorbike parking area was really dirty, though, like it had never been washed with water. The front seemed like it needed a steam wash.

The area made getting around easy, with the city center fairly close, plenty of minimarkets and affordable places to eat nearby, plus a cafe downstairs. The elevator worked well, and my room had a TV and its own bathroom. I stayed four days and three nights; the deposit was reasonable. The bed was fine, though the blanket looked a little dull. Hot water was only lukewarm, which was the main drawback. Still, the stay was okay and I’d come back.

I keep coming back because it’s comfortable and conveniently located near Indomaret and local food spots. The staff are polite, friendly, and fun, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and smell nice. The food is great too, especially the pindang patin, which is delicious.

The place is comfortable and good value for the price. I did find the service slow and not very friendly, though, so I’d like the receptionist to be warmer and more responsive.
