It's not bad.
There was no cafe or restaurant, and the room had neither a sink nor hot water. Still, in early 2023 the price was around Rp. 140, and for that cost and the amenities, I'd give it five stars. Parking felt secure and had room for five cars. The rooms were fairly clean and had enough space for two people to sleep.
It's more expensive than the rates shown in the app, and there's no point arriving before noon because check-in has to be after 12. There are too many rules, unlike at the previous Famili boarding house. Even though I've stayed there often, they still ask for my ID every time. They should have recorded or photocopied it so they wouldn't need to keep asking.
You can pay the RedDoorz amount online or in cash when you arrive, but there's also a 100,000 deposit. On top of that, they ask for a 17,000 tax fee upfront, separately from RedDoorz. That's strange, especially since they already keep your ID card as well as the deposit. Other RedDoorz places don't do this.
It's down a small alley and not really close to Trans Studio Mini. The cleanliness and unfriendly service need work, and they add tax to the total price. Even the blankets aren't like the usual RedDoorz ones. Hope they improve things.
