The room was comfortable and worth the price. The quality matched what I paid, but the service felt like a separate matter. At first, the receptionist was kind and helpful. After she found out I had a discount, her tone changed. She said, “but it's not include the breakfast because it's a discount one right” ... yeah, she told me that. I was fine with it and tried to be nice. When I asked where I could go nearby, she helped me out. I'm a 17 year old boy, and when I asked her a second time, she was trying to be nice to me.

The facilities were average, but the hotel was neat and clean, and getting around was easy. It's a step from Palembang Icon Mall, with an LRT (Light Rail Train) station very close by, and the price was inexpensive. I also liked hanging out in the restaurant, though I didn't get to try their favorite fish and chips. What stood out most to me was how flexible they were. I arrived in Palembang very early and needed somewhere to rest, so I called the receptionist to ask about early check-in. They welcomed me at 06.30 am. Maybe that's not unusual, but it helped me a lot that day.

It's comfortable enough for an inn, and the location is convenient, with a mini market right next door. This is an Islamic hotel, so there are no smoking areas. The facilities are sufficient for a melati 3 rate.
