I came to love Indonesia on my very first visit, thanks to everyone at this hotel. I stayed for three days while visiting Palembang from Japan, and the hospitality went far beyond what I expected. The staff were dedicated, polite, respectful, and considerate to every guest. Their care and attention made my stay very comfortable. Ms. Mutya, Ms. Audra, and Ms. Dini deserve a special mention. They always greeted me with warm smiles, looked after me sincerely, and gave accurate, helpful guidance throughout my stay.

The room was good, and I had a great experience overall, but there were a few problems. I found small roaches near the fridge. The kettle didn't work, and although I asked for it to be fixed, nothing changed during my stay. I also broke a glass cup on the table. It was placed at the corner, and knowing how clumsy I am, I think the teapot setup is unsafe and could be dangerous if someone isn't careful. Face towels would have been helpful too.

The room wasn't especially spacious, but it was just right for me. Both the bedroom and bathroom were clean, and the food was good. Like the other hotels under Zuri Hotel Management, Zuri Hotel Palembang deserves its five-star rating. I have nothing to complain about.

The infinity pool is my favorite, with such a lovely aesthetic. I had an amazing stay at zuri palembang. It's my favorite place for a staycation.
