We’d already ordered a room with a balcony, but didn’t get one. That was the only issue.

For a two-star place, it was fairly comfortable, and the price reflects the quality. You can’t expect five-star service or standards here. I spent three nights on a work trip. If I were paying for my own stay in Palembang, I’d choose Tune Hotels instead. It’s cheaper, newer, cleaner, and better in both quality and service, and the staff are friendlier and more helpful.

The location makes it easy to get to shopping centers, and the room was comfortable enough. The AC worked well, unlike at some other hotels, and the food was quite good. I liked it. Internet was satisfactory, actually very good, worth saying twice. There are too few elevators and they’re small, so getting up to the fifth or sixth floor by stairs can be a challenge. Though, I suppose it’s exercise to burn off some extra weight. A good hotel for a short city stay.

The location is great, and the price is reasonable for what you get. Parking is the drawback. There’s very little space, so if the hotel is full of guests with cars, parking can be a bad time.

The room is on the old side, but the bed was just right. It’s a budget stay where you get what you pay for. The place seems to be trying to improve, and the cleanliness was good for the room rate.
