Stay away. The room was dirty, the linens and pillow hadn't been changed, and the towel smelled. There was mold on the wall and the door didn't work properly. The receptionist was unfriendly.

When I arrived to check in, the receptionist said the hotel was full, even though I'd already booked through the app. They sent me to another hotel with awful facilities: no blankets, an itchy mattress, and a door without a lock. It was incredibly bad.

I pass the hotel every day. It looks like they're still renovating the front, though accommodation services seem to be open.

I stayed here in early January after booking through an app. The room was damp and stuffy, with cockroaches everywhere, and the sheets were dirty. There was no drinking water, and the soap and other supplies were empty. It's right near Empang, we gave it to you. The place felt really uncomfortable and the location didn't feel safe. It's not fit to be called a hotel.
