Really satisfying stay, clean and comfortable, and the place looks nice. The lady was so friendly. Very clean too.

I just needed somewhere to rest for a while in Malang, and this place worked out well. It's down an alley where only two cars can get access, but the room was what I expected: clean and quiet, with a water heater.

The room was clean, including the bathroom, and the staff were friendly. At first we thought they were indifferent, but they greeted us when we arrived and even looked after my son. The guard is a big fan of Fuji & Aisar, and it was fun chatting with him. The TV connects to the internet, so we could watch YouTube in the room. I'd come back, especially if there's another promo. It's a comfortable, peaceful place, and the service was friendly. Our standard room was comfortable, though a bit small, with a bed about 160 wide. It was enough for a married couple with one child. The water flowed and got hot, but the temperature wasn't steady, so we had to find a bucket and dipper 😂🙏🏼. The location is central and easy to find on gmaps, down a residential alley. When we first arrived at the Pager, there were no vehicles outside, but the parking is further inside. The place is also combined with a women's boarding house. A few things to know: we got just one towel, there were no toiletries, and the trash bin had no plastic liner. The bidet didn't spray well, so we used the shower to rinse. There's a mini-market downstairs with mostly drinks and snacks, enough for basic needs. They can also bring instant noodles to the room for 8,000 rupiah per serving, if I remember right, and an egg costs another 4,000 rupiah.

The room felt homey, even though it wasn't very spacious. The floor added to that feeling, and in the morning or afternoon the light coming softly through open curtains made it look nice without needing the lights. The parking area is spacious, and there's no curfew, so that felt safe. The service was good. We were welcomed when we arrived, and in the morning our tea and hot Milo came quickly. It was tasty and comfortable. One thing, though: the inn is near a residential area with a security post, and the knocking there got noisy at night. I'm easily woken by small sounds, so I kept waking up and nearly couldn't sleep. If noise doesn't bother you much, it may be fine.
