They provide a towel and soap. Bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush.

The Junior Suite, their top room, had no ventilation or air circulation, so it felt humid and smelled bad. Service was far too slow. The room still hadn't been made up close to 1 pm, there was no towel until nearly 7 pm, and we couldn't bathe. I had to request mineral water from the front office, and it arrived around 6 pm. The towels and bath mats were stained and uncomfortable to use. There was no hot water, the glasses and kettle were dirty, and the toilet had garbage in it. They also hadn't provided toothpaste or a toothbrush. The front office staff weren't friendly.

The bed and bathroom were good, and the price and service felt fair. Breakfast tasted good and had a nice menu. The Wi-Fi didn't reach the second floor, though. It'd also be nice if they added butter and creamer to breakfast.
