At night, the restaurant's view is especially lovely. The menu includes both Indonesian and Western dishes.

There's a large pool for both adults and kids, and the room was clean with a lovely view. The restaurant has different kinds of food, with city lights, mountains, and the ocean to look at while you eat. Breakfast is served near reception. They also offer massages and have an arcade for kids.

I had to go down to reception at 2 a.m. to get someone to lower the music from a nearby room, even after calling twice. Room service was unreliable too, with clean towels and bottled water not always provided. At the pool, the supervisor had no towels for hotel guests and told me to fetch one from my room. There were no umbrellas by the loungers, so you get badly sunburned. The hotel itself is very nice and has excellent facilities, but the staff seem to have no idea how to care for guests.

The views are stunning, the pool is great, the food is good, and the service has been excellent. The downside is the bathroom plumbing: a bad smell from there gets into the rooms.
