Please don't come here. The room was terribly dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all.

I booked three rooms at the same price, but they weren't close to the same standard. The best one had a TV, AC, refrigerator, and water dispenser. Another had a broken fridge along with its TV, AC, and dispenser. The worst room only had AC and a dispenser, with no refrigerator and a broken TV. Cleanliness was below standard too. I hope the quality gets better, especially since the price is like other RedDoorz hotels.

I arrived to find the hotel was full, even though I'd booked through the RedDoorz app. They blamed their partnership with RedDoorz, but offered no fix, just a string of false statements, and no refund. I'm disappointed. The hotel should take responsibility for the loss this caused me.

I didn't feel comfortable in the room. The sheets and pillowcases smelled.

The service and location were good, but the bathroom smelled awful. Please sort that out.
