The food and service were both good. I also liked the hotel's convenient location. The pool isn't very large, but you can look out toward the street from it.

There are cafes, restaurants, and shared spaces within walking distance, and the hotel is right in downtown Palu. My sixth-floor room was okay, though it had no bathtub or refrigerator. Breakfast was so-so, with some local dishes on offer. The juices weren't cold enough, which was a bit disappointing, while only the infused water was chilled. At around IDR750K a night, it felt a little pricey, but still acceptable.

The gym is on the small side, but the friendly staff and food made our stay at Hotel Santika in Palu really enjoyable. The chef's cooking was impressive, and Kris gave us especially thoughtful service. When we checked out, they even provided food for our journey, which was a lovely surprise. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone looking for good food and warm hospitality.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the food tastes good. There's plenty of seating around the hall, so guests don't have to stand around. The place looks elegant and luxurious, and the staff do their jobs well. It's a great choice for holding a party or event.
