The apartments are spacious and very clean, and the atmosphere feels magical both indoors and outside. The location works really well if you want to be near the center but a little away from it. Staff are attentive and sort out any issues quickly. I love everything about this hotel and highly recommend it!

I stayed at Lighthouse Bingin for a month, and it really felt like a home away from home. The room was clean and modern, with everything I needed, including kitchen utensils. Communication was excellent throughout, so things felt easy and smooth. The location is ideal, just a short walk or ride from the main street, but still peaceful. Thank you!

The location is excellent, within walking distance of lots of shops, restaurants, and cafes. Communication was smooth, responsive, and genuinely kind. We loved the spacious, modern room, its beautiful decor, large bathroom, and big terrace. We had a great stay and would happily return. A couple of small things could make it even nicer. Though big and stylish, the room sometimes felt a little cold. A smart TV would be welcome for evenings spent relaxing inside. The pool was smaller than we expected from the pictures, and seemed to belong more to the room directly in front, so it wasn’t as inviting as we’d hoped. Still, we’d definitely recommend staying at Lighthouse Bingin.

The owner was kind and understanding when I contacted him directly, and approved a refund for the nights I didn’t use. He also seemed unaware of the property’s actual condition, perhaps because of management oversight. The manager, Fran, had initially seemed very sweet, but the management side of the stay became disappointing. I booked The Lighthouse Bingin as a birthday treat in Bali, expecting the peaceful, relaxing place shown in the listing. Instead, there was constant loud construction noise from the balcony. The view and atmosphere didn’t match the photos either, with many properties in sight rather than just trees. The rooftop furniture was worn and poorly maintained, which is a shame because the design itself is beautiful. When I arrived, Fran pointed out a broken bathroom drawer and said it “normally hangs on the wall,” but he hadn’t tried to get it fixed before check-in. When I brought up the noise, outdated photos, and maintenance problems, he brushed it off by saying “everywhere in Bali has construction” and told me to “just use the earplugs.” I wasn’t going to sit on a balcony wearing earplugs. After Fran learned the owner had approved the refund, he messaged in a rushed, unaccommodating tone and insisted I check out immediately. He knew I was waiting for a final answer so I could find somewhere else to stay, and I ended up sitting on the floor by the entrance trying to secure new accommodation. His tone changed quickly when accountability came into question, but he never owned up to the problems. I hope things improve, because the place could be gorgeous if it matched the photos and description. I think the owner needs new management.
