We hired a driver during our stay to visit Pandawa Beach and Uluwatu Temple for the Kecak Dance. We booked the whole estate for a birthday dinner with my family, and the five villas connect through doors so we could all stay close. It feels modern and luxurious while still having traditional Indonesian architecture. We really enjoyed staying here!

This was our first time staying at Akilea Villas, in Villa Markissa, though we’ve visited Bali five times before. After five nights, none of us wanted to leave. The villa and staff made everything feel perfect, and it exceeded what we expected. Thank you for such a lovely stay for me, my husband, and our two children. We’ll definitely come back.

The villa was fantastic, clean, and very well looked after, and it had everything I needed to relax. I also found the service amazing and the staff speak English, so I felt sure I’d be well taken care of. I did miss having a sea or mountain view, but still really enjoyed my time here.

A woman on site was ready to help with anything, from bringing extra towels to picking up food or taking care of laundry. It felt personal. The villas are private and the grounds are beautiful. The location also worked well for exploring the island each day before coming back to my 'home'.
