The pine trees and peaceful surroundings make Villa Bukit Pinus a relaxing spot for a quiet break in nature. It's pleasant for the price, though it's not perfect. The rooms are decent and comfortable enough for a short stay. Towels are provided, but not toothbrushes, and the facilities cover the basics without being fancy. The staff were friendly and helpful, though sometimes service was slow. It's nice to be away from city noise, but some shops and restaurants may be a bit far. A good place to unwind and enjoy the natural scenery.

I went there for a retreat and enjoyed it. The bed was a little rough, and on the first day there were two or three cockroaches in the bathroom, but I haven't seen any since. There are lots of bugs around, though it's a fun place to visit.

The staff were ready to help when our air conditioning broke, and the stay wasn't too bad. Our room was really clean, though there were plenty of insects around. If bugs scare you, this probably isn't the place for you.
