After traveling all the way from Jakarta, I arrived at 11 at night and was flatly turned away, even though I had booked through OYO. They told me to cancel or request a refund, but my money ended up being lost. The explanation was that they no longer worked with OYO, which makes no sense when the place was still bookable on the app. It feels like the hotel was just making excuses to get more money.

The mountain view is lovely, and the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with cold air. The price is low but the quality is great. Everyone, including the receptionist, was friendly. There’s also a minimarket with very cheap prices, even a large bottle of mineral water is only 5,000. There weren’t any towels or toiletries, though 🥰. Still, it was good overall, and I’d stay again. Booking on OYO or AGODA is cheaper.

The main issue was finding the place. Gmap sent me badly off course to Jl. Sawah Luhur, gg. H. Abdussalam. I suggested a correction to Jl. Palka and Gmap approved it, though the street view still hasn’t been updated. Hopefully Gmap and M'Kostel can sort that out so other people don’t get lost. The receptionist was friendly and the room was okay, but there was no hot water in the bathroom.

They gave one customer the wrong ID card, apparently mixing up customers' cards. Staff need to stay focused and professional, whether or not they’re sleepy. The hotel service was terrible.

It’s a new building right by the road, so the location is easy to find. Some facilities are missing, but it was good enough for one night. I was lucky to get a cheap rate through the Oyo app.
