The receptionist greeted me nicely when I checked in at 2 pm, and things seemed fine at first. I booked four rooms. Three weren't too messy, but one room's AC didn't work and some beds were still dirty. The bathrooms were clean enough, and having a mushola for prayer was a plus. A note for the staff: when rooms have been booked ahead of check-in, please check and clean them again, even if they've already been done. That would make people want to come back for another occasion.

The layout is nice, and the location works well for UnTirta residence. It's still a work in progress.

Free food, a cute cat, plenty of parking, a shared kitchen, and a mountain view were all nice. I'm in room 6 on the 6th floor 😝✌. There are some drawbacks though: spiders, a dirty toilet, and a broken shower.

The room was cramped, which I could live with, and the mattress was very hard. What really bothered me was the poor cleanliness. The top of the cupboard was being used as a trash dump and hadn't been cleaned. My room had no shower, so I had to collect water in a bucket. The bucket and ladle were yellow and mossy, but they replaced them after I complained. There wasn't even a trash can in the room.
