The service was lovely, and since it's a new hotel, everything is neat. The staff are kind and helpful. Our family room had two king beds and plenty of space, with a balcony that made it even nicer. The pool is big and fun, with lots of slides and fountains that kids would love. It's not far from the beach, and there are plenty of showers to rinse off beach dirt. I'd recommend it 👍

The location is handy, just 50m from the beach, with a back door and a place to rinse off. Our family room was spacious, but for the price it was a disappointing stay. The room lost power more than three times, and each blackout lasted quite a while. It wasn't very clean, and the AC didn't work well either. Around 10 PM, some kind of music festival was so loud it disturbed our sleep. We tried calling the receptionist, but no one answered.

The view from the seventh floor is stunning. The room was fairly big, fit four people, and had a balcony. Breakfast was so-so, and there was no wifi. The pool was okay and kids will like it. You can use the waterpark during certain hours.

The location is good, close to the beach, market, restaurants, and other places. I booked two family rooms, but they weren't clean. The AC in my room wasn't working. After waiting 30 minutes and asking Reception, I was moved to another room because the technician couldn't fix it. The AC there leaked too, but I didn't report it because it was too much hassle, so I put a cloth underneath. The wifi didn't work in the room either. Breakfast was okay, though I waited 30 minutes for an omelette. Thanks, and I hope the hotel maintains its quality.

Our family room was so spacious, and my family and I loved it. The hotel was clean and peaceful, which made our stay comfortable. The staff were friendly, and many thanks to William the manager for taking care of all our needs. We'll definitely come back next time.
