Grand Tirta Villa

The beach is just a short distance away, and there's plenty of parking plus a small pool. The guard was friendly, and the place felt clean and orderly. Our room was clean too, with a roomy bathroom and facilities that worked reasonably well. The AC was cold, but the TV sometimes lost its signal, and there was no hot water in the shower during my stay. There was only one charging outlet, so I had to switch off the TV to charge a device. Breakfast is included, and for a two-star place the price seemed fair. Paying at the hotel costs more than booking through the app, so using the app is better.

We found the rooms clean, with a full set of bathroom amenities, and there was a pool for both kids and adults. Parking was ample, and the staff were friendly. Our family spent a long weekend here; the rates were affordable, and the quiet, comfortable atmosphere was a welcome break from the crowds. It worked well as a place to rest after a day out. I'd recommend it to people planning a trip to Pangandaran.

I had a comfortable, peaceful, and safe stay at Grand Tirta Villa. The room was clean and smelled fresh, with complete bathroom amenities, and the service was very friendly. They helped whenever we needed something. The owner was also nice and open to negotiating if we wanted to upgrade or add an extra bed. It's a little away from the busier buildings, which may be a downside, though restaurants and cafes are fairly close. The facilities and service at Grand Tirta Hotel may be different from those at Grand Tirta Villa. I suspect the negative reviews may come from business competitors or people targeting Grand Tirta Hotel.
