Rinjani Homestay

The location is good, and my room had Wi-Fi and a TV that worked. But the room itself was in rough shape and needed repairs. The toilet door was broken, with a huge hole in it, and there was no hot water or hygienic shower tap. During my three-day stay, nobody cleaned the room or took out the trash. On weekends and holidays, expect a lot of noise. The rooms sit in an acoustic pit, and when the hotel is full it can be loud enough to keep you from sleeping.

The staff and host were friendly and helpful, responding quickly and clearly to calls and messages. I stayed one night in a single bed room. It was spacious enough even for the three of us, and the aircon worked well. The homestay was nice and clean.

The owner is eager to help with anything, and there's airco. Surf lessons are easy to arrange here since they also run a surf school. A really good place for beginners.

The rooms are simple and clean, and breakfast is included. The hosts are nice and can help arrange activities. It's very close to the beach and the surf spot.
