The Arnawa Hotel Pangandaran

Our first holiday in Pangandaran went really well, and we're glad we picked this hotel. The food was great, the staff friendly, and the hospitality excellent. It had a Bali-like vibe, and the beach was nearby, about a three-minute walk to watersports, ATV rentals, and other attractions. We stayed three days and two nights, and might come back next holiday. Recommended for a trip here. Cheers.

We come twice a year, and the service has always been great. The staff are kind and helpful, and the restaurant is good. Since last year, there's also Aruna Café, so we can get coffee without leaving the hotel. The Arnawa Hotel has been our favorite place to stay at Pangandaran Beach since the pandemic. With four kids, I appreciate the roomy rooms, big pool, and beach just a five-minute walk away. My favorite is the pool-front room, number 123. If you like Bali vibes and need somewhere to stay in Pangandaran, this is the one for us.

The room was spacious despite the building not being new, and the two queen beds and comfortable pillows meant I slept well. There was a swimming pool, and breakfast had lots of different foods. I was happy with the service and enjoyed my time at Arnawa. The staff brought several towels when I asked for some for my friends and me at the pool, and they were still there after we went to the beach. I left my helmet in the lobby and was informed about it soon after. A friend forgot his clothes, and the hotel let us know about those too. I recommend this hotel.

The breakfast had loads of options, especially the desserts, and the room was really clean. A lovely spot to relax and have fun. Just one small thing, the pool water seemed to have a bit too much chlorine, which made swimming uncomfortable.
