A well-kept, clean and comfortable villa, with friendly, helpful staff and a good breakfast. Getting from the car park to the villa takes about a 10-minute walk, which could be tricky with young children, especially in the rain. If you have a moped, you can ride right to the door. I'd recommend it.

It's a little way from the main road and central Ubud. The owner set up private yoga lessons with Mr Ambara, who also teaches at the studio. He was very good, and the price was reasonable, about half what the studio charged. I ended up taking a lesson every day and never tried the studio.
