The lobby is a little limited, but the service is quick and friendly, and the rooms are roomy and comfortable. Prices are affordable, breakfast is available, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby along with a small supermarket for everyday essentials.

Being close to Pangkalpinang Airport is handy. The hotel itself is comfortable, with clean, comfortable rooms and service that was satisfactory and quick.

We spent one night here, and it was decent overall. The AC needs more frequent cleaning, and guests on the third floor were noisy until 2-3 a.m. Management reprimanded them when possible. Aside from those issues, everything was fine and I’d recommend the place. Thank you.
