The pool is private and a great size, and the open living layout is nice. Appliances are new and well cared for, and the downstairs bathroom is very large. There are lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The stairs are nearly impossible if you have knee problems. The parents' retreat and TV are upstairs, while the main room and a small room are downstairs. The small room's AC hasn't been cleaned in ages, was thick with dust, and smelled awful. The shower setup leaves the floor wet and slippery.

We had five wonderful nights at Villa Manis Kecil and would return in a heartbeat. The setting, amenities, staff, and location all made for a blissful stay. It's ideal for a small group wanting a getaway, and handy for exploring Seminyak, with Canggu not too far away. Highly recommend.

Everything else was very good, but the staircase is badly designed and so steep that going up and down is hard on the knees. The second floor has poor soundproofing, so I wouldn't suggest sleeping there. We could hear people talking on the neighboring apartment's balcony and other noises from the room. Unfortunately, those neighbors drank and chatted outside all night, so we couldn't get a good sleep.

I started my Bali trip here and was glad I did. Thanks for the hospitality. The staff were attentive and friendly, the rooms comfortable and clean, and they cleaned daily. Breakfast was delicious. A heartfelt recommendation!
