The AC was cold and the room was acceptably clean, though the desk had lots of cigarette marks. My standard room was on the 4th floor, with no elevator, and there was no hot water. I had to switch rooms because the first key wouldn't fit into the keyhole.
2/10
I stayed one night in a standard room on the 4th floor. There was no elevator, so the only way up was by stairs. I wouldn't choose it for a couple or family, maybe it's only suitable for salesmen or a short stay. The pillow wasn't covered when I checked in and had a brown mark on it. The table was marked from smoking, and the room's air didn't circulate well. I moved to another hotel and lost 170k rupiah on the cancellation.
6/10
There isn't a lift, and the room is small. It was clean enough, though, and fine overall for a budget hotel.
6/10
The breakfast was good, and the place is near a mosque. My room had cable TV, but they forgot to refill the body wash :)
10/10
There's a large balcony with plenty of room to hang out, play cards, and spend time with friends or family.
