The best part of the stay was the setting: the hotel sits right by the shore, with lovely sunset views from the poolside gazebo. The beach views are beautiful, the pool is well placed, and jeep rental facilities nearby make it easy to explore the area. Breakfast has a good range of tasty options, and the staff were warm and attentive. Prices seem fair for the amenities and experience. It could suit a company gathering or a couple on honeymoon as well as a leisure trip. There are a few drawbacks. The regional entrance fee for the Parangtritis Beach tourism area is 15,000 rupiah per person, which can catch visitors by surprise. The grounds need more consistent care, with fallen leaves left around, and the resort itself looks worn and could use renovation. Expansion work is underway, including construction and cement work near the parking area and front lobby, so heavy machinery takes away from the peaceful atmosphere. Internet is a real problem for remote work: Telkomsel reception has gotten much worse, and the hotel's WiFi hotspot is painfully slow. Also, the hotel faces west, with hills behind it, so there's no eastern view for sunrise.

We had a great stay, with lovely scenery, facilities, and a relaxed feel. The hospitality and service were great, and so was the food, though some breakfast items tasted better than others. There are two routes in, and going through Parangtritis is the better way compared with the Obelix Sea View route. Couldn't complain, and I'd definitely return.

The resort road still needs work, though improvements are underway. Once there, it's a calm place with a clean infinity pool that catches the sunset, ocean access with comfortable chairs, and some of Java's best sea views. Breakfast is tasty but mostly local, so the selection may feel limited if you're after international food. The restaurant is quite pricey.

The staff were really kind and helpful, and our sunset dinner overlooking the ocean was mind-blowing. We stayed one night at this quiet, peaceful resort, tucked away in nature with a stunning sea view. It wasn't too crowded, and the place blends in well with its surroundings.

Pak Riyanto arranged our ocean-facing room, and the complimentary cake was such a lovely surprise. Thanks also to Mba Leny and Denata from the restaurant, who greeted us warmly, remembered us, and suggested delicious dishes. The resort in Parangtritis has a beautiful view and a relaxing atmosphere, and the hospitality made our stay memorable.
