Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort

The spa was a real highlight for us, Shine spa was amazing. We had a wonderful 10-day family stay at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort from Dec 10th–20th, and being right beside Beachwalk Mall and only steps from the beach made getting around easy. Breakfast was great each morning, and we especially liked the pizza at the Italian restaurant and the tasty, affordable lunch at Daily Social. Housekeeping kept the room in great shape, with thoughtful fruit and flowers, and the kids loved the bathtub. The snacks at reception were a nice treat, too. Most of all, the team made us feel welcome. Thanks to Ecik, Mita, Gayatri, Ocha, Ismail, Ferdi, Solis, Sani, Heri, Virgo, and Citra, and to all the others whose names we didn't catch. The whole stay felt easy and comfortable for our family.

All the staff were warm and attentive, especially with our children, and we really appreciated that. Kuta outside was busy, with shopping centers all around, but inside we had a comfortable, relaxing family stay. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day over our multi-night visit, with plenty of local and Asian choices. The pool is small, split between an infinity pool and a kids' pool, yet it never felt crowded and was pleasant to use. The only little thing I'd change is turning down the pool background music a bit.

I was very happy with the hotel and enjoyed the friendly staff, their smiles, helpfulness, and service. It was a wonderful experience, and I'd gladly come back. Since I was new there, I found my way around poorly, and there were only a few signs, some of which needed clarification. I also couldn't find a complete guide to the hotel or its services. My stay was too short to try everything the hotel offers.

My room at Sheraton Bali was spacious, spotless, and felt like a calm place to return to each day. The property is beautiful, well cared for, and balances comfort with luxury. Housekeeping kept up an excellent standard and paid attention to the details. The staff made the strongest impression. From the front desk and dining team to housekeeping and guest services, everyone I met was courteous, attentive, and eager to help. Their care made me feel valued, and the welcome from the moment I arrived set the tone for a smooth, memorable stay. Meals were excellent in quality, variety, and presentation. I could see the care taken across the hotel. This was one of my most enjoyable hotel stays, relaxing and seamless throughout. Thank you to the whole Sheraton Bali team. I hope to return and will gladly recommend the property to friends, family, and colleagues.
