The Wi-Fi was the one decent thing. We visited over the Idul Fitri Holiday, and the working lady initially said the motel was full and the remaining rooms had TV problems and broken AC. She offered us a refund, which we accepted. Then, after we showed our receipt for Rp 1,3mio for 2rooms-2nights, she changed her mind and said they could prepare some rooms. The room we got was dark, damp, and smelly, and the toilet sprayer didn’t work. The bed seemed old, and my friend’s room had no AC, just a fan. There were no amenities. Electricity kept dropping during the night, and the outdoor chairs were old and broken. Nothing like the pictures.

I stayed just one night. The room was small and poorly arranged, and its AC was broken. There was warm water in the toilet, but the toilet was dirty and smelled really bad. The host was very polite, though. I’d planned to stay at Adinda villa first, but the uphill road seemed too challenging, so I cancelled. I’d suggest doing a round trip from Jogja and staying there, or choosing a villa or resort around Parangtritis.

For a one-night stay when you’ve got no other options, I’d recommend it. You get what you pay for, and otherwise it was pretty good. Bring your own toilet paper.

The suite room had no water heater, water leaked in the living room, and there was no free Wi-Fi. I’d leave this as a last choice if there are any other options.
