There are plenty of warungs nearby, and it's a convenient five-minute walk to the ports if you're heading across to Samosir. The room let me down, though. When we arrived, the bed was dirty with gecko droppings, as if nobody had checked it before guests came in. They don't offer daily room cleaning or towel changes. Wi-Fi was very weak too, with the only router on the first floor.

The accommodation was basic, and the booking request I made through the hotel portal was ignored. When I arrived, I canceled because the place wasn't suitable.

The service was poor, and breakfast wasn't good for the price.

It's a new building, and the service was nice.

Nothing special about it, just like any other hotel.
