The room was spacious and the location convenient, but there were a lot of problems. The water was off in the morning, which was terrible, and the toilet was a bit dirty and very basic. Many buildings looked abandoned. The restaurant seemed unhygienic: the waiter handled the water dispenser without gloves, there were lots of flies, the utensils were stained and not very clean, and there was no soap in the restroom. Someone in the next room smoked on the balcony and the smoke came into my room; the neighbors were already talking noisily on their balcony in the morning. Breakfast was just okay. The internet was chaotic, with more outages than when it was on.

This hilly location is cool and comfortable if that’s your kind of place. There’s a pool behind the hotel that’s open 24 hours and has no supervision. It looked a little neglected, but the water was still crystal clear. To use special rooms like karaoke or the spa, you need to tell the front desk so they can let you in, and it costs around 100,000 Rupiah per hour.

The garden was well kept, and the pool was clean, though the changing room could use better care. Rooms were clean too, with two double beds per room and one fan. It can get very cold, even around noon when the temperature is cool. The rooftop was okay, and the staff were friendly and communicative. You can also try riding boats in the fish pond. For the price, the facilities and views are really good, and it’s an affordable place to stay when visiting Lembang. I’d like to return. Thanks, BV...
