Does anyone have a phone number for the hotel that I can call?

We arrived after booking through an app, only to find that no room was available. The other people who came in with us were also left without rooms, and many guests ended up stranded. The receptionist on duty seemed clueless, the hotel wouldn't take responsibility, and I don't trust the management. A really disappointing experience.

This feels more like an average boarding house than a hotel, though the rates are competitive, the location is strategic, parking is ample, and staff carried my luggage to the room. I know it's budget accommodation, but safety and cleanliness should come first. The owner needs to read this and lead the staff better. My concerns are about how the place is run, not about the owner personally. There were dirty, stained sheets and very dirty windows, plus one of the two curtain layers was missing. The toilet flush button didn't work. The LED night light was broken too, with its cable sticking out and parts hanging loose. The towels smelled nice but were wet in the middle. They didn't seem wet from being freshly dried, though I'll leave the explanation to you. In the afternoon the restaurant wouldn't take orders, I couldn't borrow cutlery, and I wasn't allowed to leave anything in the refrigerator.

There's plenty of parking, and the staff are friendly. The place is affordable even on weekends, with non-AC rooms, and it's clean and smells fresh. From here there's a view of Bandung city. The location is handy near the main road and about five minutes by motorbike from Wisata Farmhouse. My one disappointment was that there wasn't any hot water.
