Villa Variz 2

The atmosphere was good.

So far, it's been okay.

Spacious and clean, and comfortable for a group of young people.

We stayed as a large family in the upstairs villa, and the caretaker was friendly. The villa was fairly clean, the admin communicated well and helped us reschedule the rental, and the living room had plenty of space. It was cool there during the day, though the lighting was a bit dim. There are two villas in the same area, one upstairs and one downstairs, with a lot of stairs to reach the upstairs one. Each villa's parking only fits two cars. There were plenty of beds and extra beds, enough for 10-12 people. The kitchen was okay, but no dish soap was provided. We had to cover the outside dining table at night because of mosquitoes, flies, and other insects, so we put our food on the living room TV table instead. There were also two rabbits in poor condition, covered in fleas and not well cared for. I could hear the guests in the downstairs villa from the master bedroom, so it wasn't soundproof. The en-suite bathroom had no sink, and its door handle was about to fall off. While I was sleeping, lots of insects, like termites, came into the room and clung to my feet. The bedroom got a bit hot and could use a fan. The night was cool, but not too cold.
