For a stay of over 2-3 days in Pati, this is good value. It's clean and feels safe, and it's near alun-alun. You can ask the housekeepers to tidy your room or do laundry. The water from the deep well isn't very clean, though.

The newer building is clean and nice. The older one has a bit of a smell.
