The Safin Hotel Pati

I went to Safin for a friend's wedding. The ballroom is classy and works for meetings or parties, and the crew spoke English well. Safin is also in a strategic, easy-to-reach location. Good place and excellent service.

The hotel could use attention to the small details to improve the guest experience. The parking area is limited, though they did provide an empty lot beside the hotel. After a long drive, we didn't feel very welcomed at first. The receptionist wasn't especially friendly or accommodating when we asked for spare keys, although the other staff were hospitable. The rooms and bathrooms were clean to a standard level, but the curtain hem was dirty and there was a hole in our bedding. We could also hear people next door opening their door to chat with hotel staff, as well as their children, so the room wasn't soundproof.

The location was handy, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I slept really well thanks to the comfortable bed and pillows. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, and the staff were so friendly that I felt right at home. My recent stay at Safin Hotel Pati was fantastic, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

The food has been pretty poor, which really affects my impression of a hotel. Breakfast was cold, including the soup, except for the fried rice. On the second morning it was cold again, which rather spoiled my morning. Room service had the same problem: it tasted good, but seemed to have been cooked well before it was sent up, or taken from a fridge and not heated properly. The rooms are a nice size, the beds are comfortable, and the place is clean and in good condition. For the rooms and customer service, I'd give five stars, but the food lets it down.
