I booked a Suit, but it wasn’t available when I arrived. The Deluxe room is nowhere near deluxe.

Even though the hotel is new, the rooms seem old.

The location is handy, near a minimart and a campus-area road, but it’s still safe and not noisy. It was comfortable for a stopover. The place was quite clean, though there was a little dust on the floor and the lamp by the bed. The bathroom was okay, and the TV, AC, heater, and kettle all worked well. There weren’t any slippers or bathroom tissue yet.

The stay itself was fairly comfortable and the location was good, but checking out left me with a bad experience. I was charged Rp 100,000 for a tea stain on the bedsheet. When I asked about it, there was no written SOP for tea stains. The SOP only listed Rp 100,000 for ink, Rp 150,000 for oil, and Rp 250,000 for blood, yet management still decided to apply the fee. Management should set out a clear, proportionate written policy so guests know what to expect and can feel comfortable and treated transparently, rather than leaving it to a top-down decision.
