The neighborhood is quiet, and it’s an easy walk to the main road. The rooms are comfortable, simple, and fairly new, with private bathrooms and hot showers. Reception staff were really helpful and friendly. At first the cleaner needed management to remind him how to clean properly, but after that the place was clean.

For what it costs, the room is a good deal, and the warm shower water was a plus. The staff were helpful and friendly. I just wish the cleaning could be better.
A decent place to get some rest after a long trip. The room was clean, as were the bathroom, sheets, and towels. There was a small TV, but no kettle. Breakfast had very few options and had to be ordered, so we chose to eat out instead. Finding tasty food in Payakumbuh wasn’t difficult.
The room was nice and the hospitality was good, though I was a little disappointed there wasn’t a kettle in it. Also, the location shown on Google isn’t quite accurate, so keep an eye out. Otherwise, it was a good stay.
