Elysium Bali

Mo-Mo, the villa's dog mascot, was the best part! The setting at Elysium was serene and relaxing, with well-kept grounds and an inviting pool. Our room was small, but cozy and clean, and the location was lovely. The staff were amazing, friendly, professional, and helpful. We stayed in late October 2025.

The lack of privacy was a real problem. The king rooms face the reception, and staff walk around constantly. For what you pay, you'd expect somewhere calm and relaxing, but that wasn't our experience. The villa seems tucked away, yet it's right beside the Hatch club, with music blasting every single night. The hotel provides earplugs, but they don't help at all. There's also major construction going on right next door. Absolutely the worst place to stay in Uluwatu, just avoid it.

The service was great and the location convenient. Such an adorable hotel. I only stayed one night and really wish it had been longer.

The room was cozy and clean, and even the towels smelled fresh. I liked the pretty design of the indoor shower that's open to the outdoors. It had a kettle, fridge, hairdryer, disposable toothbrushes, shampoo and body gel. The family was super friendly and helpful when I asked them questions. It's a small, quaint place, and I'd definitely come back. Getting there in a Grab was a little confusing, since it sometimes sent the car to a street over, though bikes had no problem. There's a club nearby, so you can hear some noise depending on how lightly you sleep. It wasn't too bad for me, and the location was otherwise really good. They also offer different laundry services, which was great for me, plus a nice pool with sunbeds. They serve coffee too, and I recommend getting some!
