Ren, the property manager, was extremely helpful with bookings and a great person to ask whenever we had questions. The room was nice, and the Airbnb is in a good location. The photos could use updating so they show the property more accurately.

This was one of the worst parts of my first trip to Bali. I’d booked the most expensive room, expecting an ocean view, a clean room, and a pool with clean water. Instead, there was no view, and the villa’s second floor was dusty with mouse droppings. The sofa in the shared area had dirt and dog paw prints on it. We had to find another villa overnight. The owner wouldn’t cooperate, and we couldn’t get our money back for the “non-refillable” room. I can see why the room is listed as non-refundable on bookings, but it was still a huge disappointment. The property doesn’t match the pictures. There are plenty of beautiful, clean places around, so try to avoid this one.

We went to see the villa before check-in, and it took only a few minutes to realize we didn’t want to stay. We’d booked the “sea view villa,” but what we found was a dusty attic with mouse droppings, not a sea view. There are two dogs in the villa. The sofas were dirty with paw prints, and the smell of dogs was everywhere. The pool had leaves in the water. The photos don’t reflect reality at all, and the owner wasn’t cooperative or willing to offer any kind of refund. A horrible experience.

The bed sheets had blood stains, the sofa was thick with dust, and the whole room felt unhygienic. Cigarette butts were scattered around, and the bathroom was grimy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned, with water stains and dirty towels left there. I asked for it to be cleaned, but nothing was done. When it rains, the roof leaks and makes the room even more unpleasant. This was the dirtiest and most poorly maintained place I’ve stayed. It seems like the property doesn’t care about cleanliness or basic hygiene, and I wouldn’t trust it for even one night. Spare yourself the experience and stay away.
