The panoramic infinity pool was a real highlight, and the staff were friendly and attentive the whole time. We also loved the calm atmosphere and how comfortable the space felt. Staying in a beautifully designed jet with ocean views was such a unique experience, with thoughtful interior details throughout. The care from the team is what really stands out. They were warm and attentive without hovering, and seemed to anticipate what we needed. Days there felt calm and easy, and waking up to that atmosphere was deeply relaxing. Jet Villa Uluwatu itself is stylish and peaceful, with details that bring luxury together with Uluwatu's natural beauty. It leaves you with a feeling that lasts after you go. Already hoping to return 🤍

The staff were friendly, and none of this felt like their fault. My issue is that the owner doesn't seem to look after the property or guests properly. For the price, I felt robbed and can't recommend the place. The jacuzzi wasn't working, and the room got bright as soon as the sun came up because windows everywhere had no way to block the light. The inside is deteriorated. My partner cut her foot on the many cracks in the floor. The bathroom smelled awful, and showering was a nightmare. The water smelled like vomit and rotten eggs. It also goes straight into the ground, which I believe contaminates the soil and water table with chemicals from shampoo and shower gel. That feels completely disrespectful to the local environment and community. They only provided some Coke and tea bags. At this price I expected breakfast at least, like at the small guesthouses nearby, but everything here costs extra.

The pool was clean and warm, and I swam every day before relaxing beside it. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything looking new and nice. It's peaceful and quiet, and the staff were kind, quick to help, and always smiling. Check-in was easy. Shops and restaurants aren't far, so you can stay in and relax or go out. I felt safe and had plenty of privacy. A good choice for couples or anyone looking for that. I had a great stay and would like to come back.
